1. Purpose
Find House (the “Platform”) values user privacy and personal data protection. This Privacy Policy explains how the Platform collects, uses, stores, discloses, processes and protects personal data. By using the Platform, creating an account, submitting information, listing a property, making an enquiry, using AI features, using any third-party communication software, WhatsApp AI or otherwise interacting with the Platform, the user agrees to this Privacy Policy.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to website users, registered members, owners, buyers, tenants, real estate agents, real estate companies, developers, partners and other platform users.
3. Information We May Collect
The Platform may collect personal identity data, including name, salutation, telephone number, WhatsApp number, email address, company name, position and real estate agent licence details, where applicable; account data, including login records, account details, password (stored in encrypted form) and usage records; property-related data, including listing data, enquiry data, favourite records, search records and matching records; communication data, including WhatsApp conversations, AI chat records, customer service conversations, email content and message content; and technical data, including IP address, device data, browser data, operating system data, cookies, location data and behavioural analytics data.
4. How Information Is Collected
The Platform may collect information through user submission, account registration, property listing, enquiry submission, WhatsApp conversations, AI chat, website browsing, cookies, API integration, third-party partners and automated analytics systems.
5. How Information Is Used
The Platform may use information to provide platform services, including account creation, identity verification, property management, enquiry processing and customer support; to operate AI features, including AI search, AI recommendation, AI matching, AI customer service, AI Agent, AI Digital Human and AI analysis; for market analysis, including user analysis, market research, statistical analysis and platform optimisation; and for promotion and marketing, including email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, promotional notices and event notifications. The user may at any time opt out of receiving promotional messages.
6. AI and Automated Processing
The user acknowledges and agrees that the user’s information may be used for AI training, machine learning, AI recommendation, AI search, AI matching, system optimisation and data analysis. The Platform will use reasonable efforts to protect data security, but AI systems may be provided by third-party technology providers.
7. Third-Party Service Providers
The Platform may use third-party service providers to process information, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, Meta, Amazon AWS, Cloudflare, Twilio, WhatsApp Business Platform, Stripe, PayPal and other technology providers. The user agrees that relevant information may be processed by such providers.
8. Disclosure of Information
Except where the user has consented, or where disclosure is required by law, court order, law enforcement request, regulatory request, the protection of the Platform’s lawful interests, or in connection with business reorganisation, merger or sale, the Platform will not sell the user’s personal data.
9. Data Retention
The Platform may retain data for a reasonable period, including data relating to terminated accounts, historical enquiry data, AI conversation records, transaction-related records and security audit records. Even if the user stops using the Platform, certain data may be retained for legal, regulatory, audit, security or system requirements.
10. Data Security
The Platform adopts reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect data, including encryption, access control and cloud security measures. However, internet transmission cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure. The Platform does not guarantee absolute security of data transmission.
11. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain login status, improve user experience, analyse website traffic, provide personalised content and conduct marketing. The user may manage cookies through browser settings.
12. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Because the Platform may use global technology services, user data may be transferred to Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, Canada, the United States, the European Union or other jurisdictions where services are provided. The user agrees to such cross-border transfer arrangements.
13. User Rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the user may request access to, correction of, updating of, deletion of (subject to legal restrictions) and cessation of direct marketing in respect of personal data. The Platform may refuse certain requests to the extent permitted by law.
14. Minors
The Platform is not intended for persons under the age of eighteen. If the Platform discovers that a minor has provided information without appropriate authorisation, the Platform may delete the relevant data.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Find House shall not be liable for any data loss caused by hacking, network failures, third-party provider issues, force majeure events or the user’s own negligence.
16. Policy Amendments
Find House may amend this Privacy Policy at any time. The amended version shall take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment shall constitute acceptance.
